As a psychologist, my orientation is Humanistic/Integral. While my integral psychology orientation allows me to draw from a variety of therapeutic orientations depending on the issues you would like to work on, my humanistic philosophy focuses on your strengths and resources and assists me in providing a safe and healing space in which self-exploration, growth, and change can take place.
